  • RESTORATIVE: HOLD POSTURES FOR LONG BREATHS AS YOU RESTORE AND RENEW YOUR BODY. WORK ON GENTLE TWISTS, HIP OPENING, SHOULDER OPENING AND MORE.

  • THERAPEUTIC: IDEAL FOR STUDENTS RECOVERING FROM INJURIES OR SURGERIES. PRACTICE WITH SUPPORT FROM A CHAIR AND PROPS.

  • POWER VINYASA: FLOW WITH VELOCITY AND BUILD HEAT. A SPECIALIZED SEQUENCE WILL TARGET BUILDING STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY IN ALL PARTS OF THE BODY.
